To empower older persons who are vulnerable and in need, we offer adult education programmes. To conduct social research that is relevant and effective, it is important to first identify the needs and problems that need to be addressed. To compile relevant publications and disseminate information about older persons, the library will use a variety of resources. To create programs that can be enjoyed by both current and future generations is a difficult task, but it is one that can be successfully accomplished with the help of those in charge.
